During cultivation, the green leafhoppers feed on the leaves, stens and buds. The biting process "salivating" gives the tea its unique fruity characteristics and natural honey scent.  It is completely fermented.  Brisk and full bodied with exuberant fruity tones, lingering honey scent and floral aroma, charming rare honey-scented Black Tea.

This tea is grown in the Huagang area of ​​Lishan, Taiwan, at min 2450 meters above sea level.
